For health and hygiene reasons, all returns must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging and condition.

• We cannot accept items that have been opened, handled, brushed, or tampered with.
• The original packaging (tags, bags, boxes) must be undamaged.
• You are responsible for the care of the goods while they are in your possession.

2. Approval: If your return request meets our conditions, we will send you a confirmation email with detailed shipping instructions.
3. Ship Your Item: You are responsible for the shipping costs and safety of the returned goods. We strongly recommend using a tracked or registered service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches our Dublin warehouse.

• Need it faster? We cannot ship an exchange until the original item is returned. If you need a replacement urgently, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund separately.
